Hot Toys Spider-Man 3 Sixth Scale Figure (Classic Suit Version)

After posting the Tobey Maguire/black costumed version of Spider-Man back in August, I finally got around to posting the first Spider-Man figure with the classic costume based on the Spider-Man 3 movie.  Unlike the previous figure, this has no alternate head sculpt likeness of Maguire.  The only other difference between this and the previous figure is the diorama.  The palms and webs are identical.

The specs and summary for this figure are as follows:

• Authentic and detailed fully realized likeness of Spider-Man in the Spider-Man 3 movie
• Modified TrueType body with 30 points of articulation
• Approximately 30cm tall
• Five (5) pair of interchangeable palms with silvery cobweb patterns including:
• One (1) pair of relaxed palms
• One (1) pair of fists
• One (1) pair of palms for cobweb shooting
• One (1) pair of palms for cobweb holding
• One (1) pair of palms for climbing
• One (1) red and blue colored Spider-Man costume with silvery cobweb pattern on the head and red part of the upper body, together with small black spider icon on the front, large red spider icon on the back of the upper body
• One (1) pair of red colored, silvery cobweb patterned boots
• Five (5) long narrow strips of cobweb including:
• Two (2) for imitating the flying scene
• Two (2) of cobweb shooting
• One (1) of cobweb opening
• Figurine stage imitating part of the clock tower in the movie
• Figurine stand with Spider-Man nameplate and movie logo

In an attempt to mimic the Spider-Man 3 poster's "mirror" style...

Freddy Krueger Premium Format Figure

Latest statue to join my collection is Freddy Krueger from the Nightmare On Elm Street franchise.  Sporting his trademark green and red sweater, fedora hat and metal-clawed glove, the highly detailed and beautifully sculpted statue weighs 6.5 pounds while measuring 21 inches tall (1:4 scale).  Freddy stands on a light-up boiler room base.  I was able to pre-order early enough for the exclusive version which comes with interchangeable hands holding either skull or child's doll in addition to an art print.  The hand with his metal clawed glove can be changed to be displayed either palm down by his side or palm up.  My preference is child's doll with gloved hand palm up.  Creepy!
